Endodontist
Dr. Julie Strong, DMD, MS
Dr. Strong completed her residency in endodontics at Saint Louis University. She graduated first in her class and was inducted into the Jesuit Honor Society and Alpha Sigma Nu. Her master’s thesis work focused on disease perception in dental radiography. Before residency, she graduated from dental school at the University of Mississippi.
She is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists. She has worked as a faculty member at the SIU School of Dentistry and as a gross anatomy prosector at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. She received a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Mississippi College.
Her research activity has involved CBCT segmentation of airway analysis, disease perception in dental radiography, and comparative evaluation of digital radiography sensors.
She enjoys camping, hiking, and fishing with her husband, Michael, their two little girls, and their two dogs. They are proud to call Butte home and feel particularly fortunate to live in a community of great beauty and even greater people.
